Crash my server!

Welcome! From a couple of days a player Crash my server. I know who does but I do not know how it does. I use The Forgotten Server 0.2 on Tibia 8.4. Please help!

To me it appears on the console as crash:

terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::bad_alloc'
what(): std::bad_alloc
Aborted

propably u have not enought ram it appears to me too sometimes.
