Create character and account at once - Gesior 2012

I've been searching a better create account page for gesior 2012.

What I need is one with the option to create account and character at the same time.

Does someone has a .php file?

Well this is the request board, he can request it, however there are many gesior 2012 revisions, unless he is more specific, I see no point to even make an attempt to write it.
