TFS 0.X Create spell with teleport

Hey, i need create spells which I can use the right mouse button without any hotkeys this will teleport me to the title, like this

There is a teleport-wand script that is used like a fishing rod.

But it was developed for tfs 1.x, I think someone will have to downgrade the code for you.
