What do you mean your page to create account is taking too long to load? you mean that when you select submit it says that it's loading and does not do anything? if this is the case then you are having a database issue in which the website is not able to submit the information.

The page load but take like 10-15 seconds (only to creat aaccount)

I was happening with me, so what I did, I changed my AAC, and update the MySQL.

I had this problem a few time ago, you have wrong configured or you ain't configured yet the mail (config/config.PHP). That's why takes too long, because the system can't send the email when you create an acc.
