Creating a new player flag

i just want to know if this is possible.



i want to create a player flag that turns the player into a exp giving player.

when people die it checks for the flag
if they have the flag, the killer gets exp,
and if they dont have the flag, its normal and they just die.


maybe on some servers they could give redskulls this flag, or bad players this flag, making them more of a target.

for me it will make my server PVP E and PVP at the same time

i suppose this will need rewriting whole flag system because old flags will change when you are adding new.
