Creating a ot server

Hello there fellow OTlanders! im thinking of making an OT server. and the question is. What are the ppl intrested in? I prefer more RPG ish plays. at midrate servers. So i was thinking what do you guys like? since there is not so many servers in my range/liking at for example otserverlist


high rate = 700-999x exp
low rate = 1-50x exp

with tps = tps to quests and monster spawns
"without" tps = some tps but not to a quest or direct huntingspot

It amuses me people still create that sort of thread in OtLand. People that answer this question here do no represent otserv playerbase at all.

Also, a developer that is up to do whatever shit doesn't seems someone really willing to do what is needed to have a successful otserv, whatever model you pick. Just use search tool and see how many times this same question have been asked.
