Creating a website..

Hello,

Long time ago i created several websites on freewebs.com, but nowadays they do not have any HTML editor....

Does anyone know a website where i can create a website for free? With html editor from scratch?, with no annoying ads, and to upload things in folders so i can also put javascript on it?

I do not need huge load of bandwith and such to use..
