Compiling Creating books with text by script or item editor?

I want to write books in my server but it isn't possible because I need to use accentuation. And now I have a question: if it's possible, can I make a book by an item editor or by script?
I don't care if it's hard to do, but I need this. Into my server, RPG is all; and what is RPG without books?
