creating my own tibia OT 10.91

brand new to creating my own server, are there any guides for how to create one on 10.91? otherwise can someone please show me? Assume i know absolutely nothing at all please (because i pretty much dont)

By "creating" your own server you mean hosting one of the already made ones right?
