Windows Creating Tibia 8.6 offline (only to correct bugs)

Hello.

I would like to start hosting tibia server, but first I need to create it, and the only reason I would like to play offline is to check for bugs and things that needs to be corrected. I know that is possible cuz I played like that when I didn't have internet connection (like 10 years ago). I know I could do it online too, but I tought this was easyer for now, so I don't need to do all the work about getting it online yet (to be honest, I don't even know how to get it on ).

Please don't skip the steps. I need to create character somehow? Need IP Changer and what IP do I use? I downloaded the serv, but how do I start it anyway? ...?
Is it easyer to do then online or am I wrong?

that's easy ...
first u wanna try it for your self ..

then install uniformserver or xampp as u need ..
and setup database and keep ip is 127.0.0.1 or localhost

this is private for you only ..
like you can create your own god with a private server

second you wanna put it online after test easy
open ports
80/7171/7172
and in config.lua put your ip from www.whatismyip.com
and give this ip to your friends

and you can login with your local ip you opened ports with

usely when i open 7171/7172 both in tcp and udp i usely make it bigger , like 7170-7175 .. not sure why but if i don't it wont work..

In the configuration manager set the ip to 127.0.0.1 and connect to that address when you use the ip changer. Simple as that.
