Creation of console

Sorry for this stupid question but i've download TFS 0.4 r3884 (8.6x) from https://otland.net/threads/backup-of-some-old-sources.199436/
and i couldn't find the console that work the server so how to create it with other files like lu.a.dll somethings like this?

Dude, i think you download the sources, then you need compile then with your preferences, to create an executable archieve, just search for some tutorials, or get a compiled version.
