PS: Where is YASIR ?

For what do you need to trade with Baxter? If it's for The Royal Rescue quest then it doesn't work.
And Melfar? You don't need The New Frontier quest.

Yasir will eventually be inplented to the server, however I wouldn't say that it has a high priority stamp.
