I am using OtserBr someone can help me with a creaturescript when a monster around a boss dies, heals the boss

Use the onDeath function as your trigger event.
Use the getSpectator function to get a list of all creatures around the dying creature.
Loop through the list of creatures and confirm that the creature has the same name as the Boss.
Heal the boss however you want to at that point.
