Windows Crying Damson MySQL

The server gui tells me I am not using a password for my SQL database, I've entered the right type, host, port, user, password and database.

I can't find any solution on the forums, is it my firewall perhaps?

turn on your xampp or uniform server, and check that MySQL is running.
