Do you mean you get a debug from the client?
Which datapack do you use? Do you also have this problem with the default datapack?
It depense on which client version you want, but TFS 1.0 is the latest.

I think that problem is in your client or in items.otb. Reason for that is potions are stacking in the 8.60 client but if you are using older items.otb files such as 8.54 in which potions are not stacking. It means everytime you see any potion in game your client will crash. To fix that you have to edit your items.otb file and check if potions are stackable or not. But im not sure if that is your problem.
