CTRL + Z (Bug report) in TFS problem.

Hello dear OTland. I've looked through all topics I could find and I just can't find a solution for this.

My problem is that I can't use CTRL + Z on my God or any other "type" of character for that matter. I've checked my flags with the more or less "official" flag generator and it shows me that I can send them. Even doh I got the right flags, the server keeps telling me that I aint authorized to send bug reports. I am using tfs 0.3.6pl1 (freshly compiled) with no errors.

Here is my god in groups.xml

So, anyone know something that may be wrong?
