Custom Attributes

I was wondering if anyone can explain or provide more information about how the custom attributes work in TFS?

I can see it seems to add some support for custom item attributes, but couldn't see how or anywhere it's used?

I'm currently doing some testing with custom attributes.

But because my server get description is in sources, i have to Edit sources to show extra stats XD

22:15 You see a spike sword+1 (Atk:24+1 Def:21).
It weighs 50.00 oz.

22:15 You see a knight armor+1 (Arm:12+1).
It weighs 120.00 oz.

22:15 You see boots of haste+1 (Arm:0+1).
It weighs 7.50 oz.

22:23 You see a crossbow+1, Hit%+1.
It weighs 40.00 oz.

22:15 You see a dragon shield+1 (Def:31+1).
It weighs 60.00 oz.

22:15 You see a wand of inferno+1, Dmg+5.
It can only be wielded properly by sorcerers of level 33 or higher.
It weighs 30.50 oz.
