Custom Client 9.1 Needed

Iv tried searching all over the place looking for a custom client generator type thing i did try Vapus custom client but its bugged and won't work wondering if there something similar to that somewhere else.

Pretty confusing i looked threw all the website and still have no clue how you make a client with a bunch of random files a step by step tutorial would be nice or a link to an easier way to create a client.
