Custom Client Help Canotconnect!

Hey ppls a Friend of my made a Custom client for me connect ip: highot.sytes.net thats right i use no-ip...
in config.lua i have too right: ip = "highot.sytes.net"

but i canotconnect what i can do ? he did whit HxD Editor

yes u can use the no-ip.. everyone does, i have it too, work perfectly
