Windows Custom Client maker outdated

Is there a tutorial on how to create a custom client on tibia version 10.41?

The one on va pus doesn't even go to 10

This isn't working.
I did all of this exactly.

Ok this is solved had to put both 17 and 19 letter domains in the hosts file. I would like to be able to set anti aliasing on for everyone who downloads it though
