i need help with commands

i would like to make two custom commands that turn off window spam

1. turn off using last mana potion msg in server log window

2.turn off using last fishing rod msg in server log window

i know it can be done i just dont know how a server name collapser did it they had 2 custom commands for turning them off

I am the owner of the server and I need a spell or command that would remove the information that spams the server log, such as:
