Windows Custom commands on new tfs version

Hi everyone, i would like to know if there some way to add for example

Jail command
addvip command
etc custom commands on the 8.70 tfs version cuz as many of u may know

there only appear the basic commands such as

/b
/c
/goto
/a etc...

i got understood that these commands are scripted or something like it...

You just need to add the right talkactions, and then they will appear in you /commands or !commands if you are able to use it.

As Vesgo said.. Talkactions, but there is another way if you can't get the function you need etc
You can Source Edit, But the Talkactions are much simpler.
