Custom map server

What would be best client for 100% custom map server with unique features like flying mounts etc.
Also tell me why! Im curious.

Newest i guess, why?
8.6 its for cavebotter so soon or later they will ruin it.
7,x are buggy if im right
In the newest version u have more mounts, outfits and stuff.

I'd say 8.60, Who cares if players bot?, There will be more players then.
