Ok so in my monsters folder i have a folder called "level5" inside the folder i have goblinrogue.xml, so when i go into game, and i do /m goblinrogue nothing happens, it says there is not enough room, when there is and i can spawn regular monsters fine.

Have you added in a script <monster name="Goblinrogue" nameDescription="Goblinrogue"
and in Monsters.xml
<monster name="goblinrogue" file="level5/goblinrogue.xml"/>
Try this one :)
