Version check "as it looks":
as it looks!
Note - this version will always be "older" or "newer" to the user to see the appearance of the message that a new update!

The panel has the following features:
- Fully integrated with payment system Homepay - płatności internetowe, płatności online, sms premium rate
- The ability to configure up to 5 SMS services
- Information about the current version of the panel and the latest released update.
- The style is based on HTML5/CSS3
- Send e-mail to set up mail to the person listed in the config.
Panel Version: 0.2.0

- Fully integrated with payment system DotPay!
- Fully integrated with payment system CashBill!
- Fully integrated with payment system PayPal!
- Admin Panel
- System Panel Installation
- Fully automatic operation integrated with the server [activity based on the co-plugin page]

How to set up a panel?
$to -> give your e-mail.
$id -> is your user ID HomePay, it can be seen near the data in the menu after login.
$acc_id -> ID is a text message appears after the entry panel -> PREMIUM SMS -> SMS account.
$name -> is the name of the service which is displayed after its activation, and will be sent to your email.
$numer -> number you need to send a premium SMS.
$tresc -> contents that must be entered when sending SMS.

4th The content displayed on the page may change.
5th The free version does not have to be always available.
6th If you're running the cheat you can always block.
7th Remove / rework footer is copyright infringement which means exclusion from access to new versions of the free panel.
8th The agreement may be varied.
9th Free panel's free - you are not obligated to pay.
10th Sale / resale of the panel is not permitted!
11th If you put somewhere, inform the panel's + add information about the author.
