Customs Islands

Hi, I need some custom islands in my server (some big islands and I can edit the respawns), but dont know where to search them, I found euforia but it is too common, I want something like this:

Mapping is much hard work, it takes lots of time, and there are a few persons if any that would give away something special to one person. You need to offer them something!
