@Akalic - An official reply
I stopped played and retired my GM within a month or two of the 3.0 update. It wasn't taken, I left in good standing with Red and the server. I came back during the test server to help Red with his new update. I asked for Root back, and he graciously let me use him. Being a part of the community I sought after what I come to Cyntara for, war.
Opposing nothing up to this point. Many people play Cyntara for the war, furthermore...
I found war when I sided with the Bruh's, what I also found was the darkside of Red.
Dark side? Oh, being the bad guy. I see. Someone has to be.
I have known Red since his time on Dolera with a level 50~ Dark Luckey.
I think this part fits the first paragraph better.
I have played every single OT he has made, even the god awful ones. I was always taken aback by his skill at making an OT fun to play and wanted to learn for my own.
And I always offered to help. Thanks, regardless.
But in the last 3-4 days, I have seen the other side. Red is no longer the calm, cool guy from Ohio. He's some sort of ego maniac on a power trip (Reminds me of you Josh). I will keep on Red's ass until the old Chandler I knew and was friends with comes back.
Here we go,
In the past 3-4 days, let's think, what happened 3-4 days ago? Oh, half the Bruhs team turned against them and they made Reds Army. Not my guild by the way, I actually asked Alexsand his purpose for creating a guild with that name, a bit flattered, the answer he provided was a bit misguided in essence. Josh turned against the Bruhs because he wanted to see Cyntara thrive, and saw no virtue of such with them around.
This has has nothing to do with me "disliking" them Regardless, Reds Army, the betrayal, and all of the "shit-talk" has
nothing to do with me.
As far as Root goes, you struck three chords that enabled me to remove you from your position. Let's start with the first.
1) When Justice banned Jonas for botting, you immediately took your teams side. After long discussion, I had a Bruh tell me themselves that they knew Jonas was botting. I let you and Brandon deal with the situation because I believe
d that you were both mature enough to deal with the responsibility. I was wrong. You later admitted to Justice being right about his decision, but that was not my problem. You needed "more proof" to the banishment.
I highly doubt that if I were the one to have banned Jonas, that you would have questioned me at all. This is when I realized that you may not be suitable for your GM position anymore. Steven requested he not have a GM because he knew that he would be heated by war, and all I asked is that you separate your aliases. You're in the "bruh clique" as deep as all the others, sadly, you'll make it out of that phase sooner or later. I'll be waiting for an apology. That was the first chord you hit.
2) You are fighting in war with Akalic (100% plausible), but when one side wins.. The battle isn't over. A whole new one starts, a verbal battle starts between the teams. And you get offended by some comments (such as
"stupid beaner" or
"spic" which is completely understandable). But you remember, this is your
normal character, and
no moderation should have been taken into place for this. You felt it your liberty to use your GM (privilege from me) to notate players because you're offended. Which I highly doubt, considering during a Flood raid I saw you saying things such as,
"those stupid fucking Mexicans" and other racist comments. So how come you don't get notated? Because you did nothing wrong (besides being a hypocrite). You did not get notated for this, which you notated others for doing such, it's considered here to be a
biased GM action. You struck my second chord with this one. But I blew it off, more important things to do (bug fixes/testing/performance/suggestions).
3) Last, but certainly not least, you had a Senior Tutor at this time because of your frivolous notations and inability to separate your aliases. The day after, I believe, there was a Violent J/Joey Terrifying raid in Venore. And somebody in the Bruh's team stole a vial of Zydrate (arguably the first) from the boss. And all day I received messages
all day,
"Can you check who stole the Zydrate?" from probably every member of that guild. I looked up who took it, and before I told Matt (asked first), I thought to myself,
"If I tell them.. What's going to happen to this person?" The answer, probably get hunted off the server/severely punished. Perhaps this player deserved it, but I can't interfere with individual actions, it is not my divine justice on my server to do so. Everyone has a right to make their own decisions (whether it be stealing loot, or shooting their mouth off, and even some more idiotic decisions that will lead to trouble for them). And I declined to answer to anybody.
The day Reds Army was made, after the betrayal, I was in Nightmares, uninvisible, on my Admin, and was chatting with you guys. I laughed to myself because everybody was calling 'Yun Para' Chan. Obviously, it wasn't me because I was moving simultaneously on my GM as she was. This is public information, anybody with eyes could see this. But you felt it your liberty to run an IP check on
MY admin, and that character. That is when you struck your third, and final chord. I was being extremely nice, too. I saw it in your log when you did it, and I thought,
"Well, hey, if he's curious, I'll let him satisfy his curiosity". I did not dismiss you, because you're my friend.
The moment you decided to post
my IP side-by-side with
Yun para's, is when you were dismissed. It was not your divine right on this server to share such information with players. If that girl was trying to play the "Chan" alias, you completely destroyed it. You cannot destroy people's identities and affect their interactions and decisions by posting, publicly, information that is otherwise private (for a reason). This is why you were dismissed.
To make a final point,
I do not dislike the Bruhs. This is a misconception. I think they're all wearing shoes four sizes too large for them, and they think they're a bigger part of this server than they are, but I suppose that is my opinion. I have every Bruh on my personal MSN, I enter their Ventrilo sometime, I chat with them occasionally, and even right now, I'm ignoring Renuzit to write this extremely long-explanatory post for you. (Sorry, Matt!)
I have no problems with any of them, so my "darkside" is revealed. To everybody, so if you have anything else to say about me not being myself, I feel sorry for two things. I feel sorry for you not understanding what I tried to tell you in private, and now is wide in the open. It's a shame I have to be strict if I want me server to run the way I built it. And lastly, I'm sorry for my keyboard, it must be so tired.
Have fun,
Red
