Download some water color brushes and put them to use :? also use the mixer brush ;o

Here are things I suggest to use:

GIMP - It's like a copy of Photoshop but free - GIMP
GIMP Brushes - Used to create effects and shapes - Gimp brushes
GIMP Tutorials - Very useful and helpful - Tutorials
