Haha i never saw they were offline trainers until i checked description when i turned on my server. But they look great! ima use them as statues :3 just change the description on items.xml muaha!
 
Trash is okay, but imo smashed bottles only look good in pubs/inn's or ships.

Use dirty fur, and bones/fish. Depending where, but idk, rubble tend to make areas "dirty" too.
