Database Help!

Im getting this error. how can i fix it? thats not my user or pass

put in use 'root' and password your pass in xampp.

i have to change my user. but how? its set to " root@localhost " and idk how.
how can i change it?

Change mysql password, the user going to be root, not root@localhost, the "@localhost" its where it connect, only enter with , User: root And password: YOUR PASSWORD

Change sqlHost to 127.0.0.1 instead localhost.

My database says: User: root@localhost. i tried both that and root and i still get the error.
and when i try to go to my website i get this:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.
