Database problem help

When somone creates account and password almost everything is working fine, you can login and play, but when im online at the datbase i cant see the password im just seeing some strange letters like example
I made account and my password was "heeyyo4j" and in database it was "7a81eab544e88ff924929b35a682f1fabf191d88"
