you really think a ddos shield is going to do something, when they're getting ddos by someone that uses the same datacenter????

We do have DDoS-protection that in most cases works really well. With the way ot servers are built, it is not possible to completely block DDoS-attacks.

This time (today and yesterday) we do know who is attacking us and due to his being in same datacenter as ours, it is making the attack quite effective (low latency). We are communicating with the datacenter administrators in order to solve this.
