Can someone give me support for this? I can pay if you want, but i really need a good suport.

I'm using Windows Server 2003 R2, at limestone networks.

The company dont have a mitigate support from this, just when the attacks are happening.

How can you see at this picture:

If someone have one cmd or free firewall.. i really thanks!

You could manually block each IP using IPSec.

Yeah, it takes forever.

Consider creating a script which is constantly going to monitor netstat, and use netsh ipsec to block the malicious IPs.
