DDOS Attack

I'm currently being DDOS attacked and I have a dedicated server from Leaseweb, OS: Windows 2003 Standard.

How can I protect myself from DDOS attacks?

Email/call Leaseweb. I did the same and they executed the DDoS'ers within an hour, altho I doubt it's DDoS.

I'm sure, everything is lagging.. the computer the players.. everything.. the ot disconnected

They won't do anything else than say "We're working on it".. but in fact, they're not. I'm hosting at home and if I get ddosed I just contact my isp and they will take care of the ddos performer, easy stuff.

I've contacted Leaseweb and I'll see now if they're gonna do something about it

Since I'm dutch I always call them and I directly asked from the technical support "section" and I got some pro on the line which looked into my data transfers etc and he said there was definitely something going on and then they fixed everything within a couple of hours.

better learn some about linux ;p
