Ddos Attacks.

Someone is sending ddos attacks to my serv.. What can I do to stop them?

Report them to their ISP, call your ISP. If you know their ip, you can probably block it in your router

Firewall. Also report him to your ISP, they can find out who he is.

Yes it can, I've been mitigating DDoS for years now. Ofcourse the firewall won't do everything, but it works pretty well depending on the attack size.

There is no firewall that will automaticly handle the traffic for you in Windows so you will pretty much just have to go trough your logs and block them manually.
