Dead Penalty!

What about decreasing dead penalty.. for example ppl ower 250 are loosing to much experience.. But for 1 lvl they need more than 1 hour.. :S and loosing 2 lvls by every dead..

I think dead penalty should be increased because for example when people fight and some1 has died he come back over and over again for 10 times and thats crap
