Deal or No Deal NPC

Heres how I would imagine it

Player: Hi

NPC: Hello, Would you like to play deal or no deal?

Player: Yes

NPC: Choose a number between 1-20 that will be your case

Player: 6

NPC:  Choose 4 cases to subtract from the total cases

Player: 8, 4, 2, 13

NPC: The Banker would like to offer you 3 crystal coins will you accept?

I could go on all day but you get the idea..if someone will create a base I will finish and release it.

The npc needs to know if high value or low value cases are being lost so the banker gives high or low amounts to settle with.

The case values need to also be 100% random.
