Debian 5 or debian 6 ?

I am setting up a Debian Linux server, is there any difference between debian 5 or debian 6 ?
Anyone using debian with 6 OTServ ?
Do not think more debian 5 for download only debian 6 !

i use debian 6 and works perfect, but you need fix all your server first

basicly between versions of debian there is one thing that is changing:
packets are in newer version for example in debian 7.0 you have more updated packages than in 6.0 fe. boost is in 1.46 instead of 1.42 etc etc.
