I'm hosting with the latest Ubuntu and using Windows 7 for Gaming, Photoshop, ETC
I find that for some reason Minecraft runs smoother on Ubuntu than on Windows 7

LOL not trolling, Vista is bloatware, and that was when I installed Windows and did all the updates, I only run tibia, Morrowind and Age of Mythology.
of Programs/Multimedia I only have 9.56 GB in use the rest is the OS and I'm using 49GB out of 60.5 that I partitioned for Windows.

This was before SP2.

I just reinstalled Windows 7 on my laptop and its only 15GB with Photoshop CS5 and Minecraft
What ever installation you have is flawed if it takes more than 20GB after a fresh installation.
