Compiling [Debug] ERROR: Unable to load config.lua!

I have wird problem connected with compiling. Namely when i try to using debuger in dev c++ i have got an error in tfs console - ERROR: Unable to load config.lua!. But when i try to start this application normaly(not by dev-debuger) then everythinks work fine. Is there anybody who can tell me whats going on?

Because with debuger application starts from build directory, not there where you store your data ;p.
