Decrease map or compile with 64-bit? - BUG [HELP FAST!] (rep++)

Hello ppl!
I have an error, its:

Allocation failed, server out of memory!
Decrease size of your map or compile in a 64-bit mode.


I'm using Windows 7 32-BITS

Someone know how to fix it?
also tried Laatido, and i try it so many times, but doesnt work!​

try to cut some of ur map
extra places
water
thing u dont want
etc

I installed windows xp and it works properly.
The bug is on WINDOWS 7.
