Dedicated server

Hello otlanders.

I'm going to buy a dedicated server for my ot server. I've been looking around on a website called LeaseWeb offers Dedicated Hosting, Colocation, Enterprise and Cloud Solutions they offer really cheap "Express servers" so my questions is following:

What is a Express server?
Should I use Ubuntu 10.4?
Is this server strong enough?:

I could get a better one with a few more ram, but I need to know if I am looking at the right place, would a server like this hold a OT server?

yes, but if map have about 5-10MB is enough.

Yes, if you dont have a big map, alot of long scripts and heavy website.

if you know how to use Debian - use them. Its the best in my opinion. But if you use Debian you must compile engine by yourself.
