Hey, I was just wondering,
what are the minimum specs a dedicated server should have as far as bandwidth goes?

It depends on the number of players you want to host. Normal walking/hunting takes about 3kB/s upload per player.

If you want to host 300 players you should have at least a 10mbit connection to the outside world.

As far as I know 3kB/s is far too low.
