I dont what is wrong but my char is deleted for blocking goroma. Really ? Look on this

I dont have any warnings for blocking and otheres.
Please tell me something about this. A lot of ppl got only 7 days ban. Aslo i waiting for explanation ban for my cassino house(Still no reason http://scr.hu/2c8j/v55wt)

I think:

block goroma is rule violation, so u account has been deleted.

and, about casino house..
if is same account, got ban too, if is other account, is because u was using MC. MC is illegal in shadowcores,

the second screenshot u was with 3 or more tibias opened.
