1. Yes, but it's a lot of work.
2. Colors are compilated in client, so you can change only color to one of colors compiled in client and added in global.lua (TEXTCOLOR_XXX).
3. You mean if you cast spell you get damage if spell area contain you? Or you mean if you hit monster or player hits are same (not only 50 % if you hit player)?

I mean that on rl tibia when you hit 4 dragons with avalanche rune, every dragon will get the same dmg, for example you attach 4 dragons with avalanche and all dragons will get 113 ice damage.

But how can I change colors of fire attack for example? In older tfs's you hitted with fire little more diffrent like in last one. In last one you hit with fire little more dark.
