Deleting characters

Does anyone know how to delete characters useing SQLlite??? I keep getting an error that wont let me do it. It just says somthing like abort due to contraint violation.

the character is online?
restart the sql editor and strike fast and see if that works.

But off the topic, I'd recommend you to use mysql instead.

No server is offline. Im able to delete some accounts but some give me the error.
