TFS 1.X+ Depot Limit with Autoban

I want to autoban players who have more than X items in the Depot.

I would like to understand at what point the game reads the depot table, so that it would be possible to identify these players.

It does while loading a player, while saving a player, while adding items to the depot via parcel / letter and while stepping on the depot tile
