Desintegrate rune problem

Hi everybody, i had a problem on a rl map server, i had to remove the desintegrate rune because some players used it to remove the quest boxes.. can anybody give me a solution because it's lame to not have desintegrate rune, it makes impossible to players to kill a character that is blocking a respawn with parcels behind him :S

Make the disintegrate rune check if the item has an AID or UID, which all quest boxes/chests have (but not "regular" boxes/chests), and if it does, do not remove it.
