Destroy/Repair and Upgrade Ittems

Hi looking for 2 systems.

1. Destroy/Repair Ittems
To the ittem could be destroyed, and a NPC who could fix it.
np:
You see a blessed shield (Def:40).
It weighs 68.00 oz.
The shield grants divine protection.
Destroyed: 70/100 (30%)

2. Upgrade Ittems
npc that would upgade the items

You see a blessed shield+4 (Def:55).

I just wrote ask yourself why someone shouldn't, it's nothing complicated. Also I've seen few times when you helped someone with such (In your opinion.) "advanced" scripts.

Sorry, I was talking about first request, because he can find second in released scripts. Also I didn't write anywhere that I'm gonna help him.

Back to first script, it's nothing advanced, just new attribute + decreasing that attribute when block/get damage + increasing this attribute by some script, it's much easier and less work than for example this:
