So, like I was think it's propably bug of rook system. I think that you must delete it from sources and recompile. i'm not sure in 100%. So you must check this
in config.lua change;

and it should work normally
well i have a problem i cant set people vocation
some guy got a donation vocation and i want to return him to hes old vocation how i can do that?
